REGISTRATION FORM
July 11, 2011 to July 15th 2011

Take a Walk on the Wild Side! Join us the week of July 11th to the 15th (6 pm to 8:40 pm) for vacation Bible school. Our theme this year will be Kingdom of the Son, a safari adventure. The children will be learning all about the Lord's Prayer. Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged so that we can prepare supplies and class sizes. Please complete the electronic registration form below (registration closes on July 6th). Most importantly, please start praying for a successful VBS and all the helpers who will be needed before and during VBS week!
Snacks will include:
- Monday: Lion heads- 2 mini rice cakes - cheese whiz and raisins
- Tuesday: Green alligator shaped rice crispy treats with frosting eyes and mouth
- Wednesday: Frozen chocolate bananas on a stick (Monkey)
- Thursday: Fruit by the foot roll-up (Snake)
- Friday: Parrot food (seeds, chex mix and dried fruit mix) in Dixie cups
Meals will include (with choice of Tea, Lemonade, or Water):
- Monday: Lion's Mane Mac-N-Cheese (macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, and fruit)
- Tuesday: Giraffe Dogs (hot dogs, chips, and fruit)
- Wednesday: Zebra striped spaghetti (pasta with sauce, bread, and salad)
- Thursday: Hippo-Patty burgers (hamburgers, chips, and fruit)
- Friday: Elephant tusk tacos (nachos with the fixins)
